Industrial Incinerator for bulk waste

The WR series are Scholer Industries’ range of large incinerators. A bigger version of the HSH series, the WR series are specifically designed for the destruction of a wide variety of general, industrial and medical waste materials. The incinerator is fitted with one two-stage (High-Low) primary burner and two two-stage (High-Low) secondary burners.  The WR series are supplied with a fully integrated Programmable Logic Control (PLC) with HMI touch screen and is located within the control panel, allowing for full system visual monitoring, temperature check, load-cycle timer status, and emission levels (if applicable). Operation control through the PLC in the primary and secondary chambers maintains the burners in their correct operating stage (high or low fire) to ensure optimum pre-set temperatures and fuel economy are maintained during the entire combustion process.

Fast to load waste into the chamber

These units are designed with a large primary burning chamber where bulk waste can be either fed through the large front door or through the hydraulically opening top door. Through the top door, waste can be conveniently fed, either by Front End Loader or by other automated methods. Bulky waste is easily handled and little time needs to be spent loading the large primary chamber and setting the burn cycle into motion.

Alternatively, the unit's loading system can be re-arranged to suit the customer's requirement as to whether a semi-continuous feed and/or auto de-ashing is the best method for waste handling.

Due to the size of the WR series, depending on your incineration needs a third stage air pollution control/quenching system may be required. This auxiliary equipment can be purchased and organised with Scholer Industries.
