Incinerators

Scholer Industries has 3 different types of incinerators, the HSH, the PB14 and the Cyclo Burn. All our incinerators are Australian designed and manufactured.

HSH Incinerator

The HSH Incinerator is a controlled air, high temperature Multi chamber (two-stage) incinerator. The HSH will destroy both wet and dry waste in an efficient and safe environmental manner and is rated to burn from 25kg/hr to 250kg/hr.

PB14 Incinerator

PB14 Incinerator The PB14 is a batch loaded incinerator. The Australian EPA compliant PB14 unit is designed with a large primary burning chamber where bulk waste can be either fed through the large front door or through the hydraulically opening top door. A large volume of waste can be effectively destroyed over an extended period of time minimising labour costs. The PB14 is also rated to burn from 25kg/hr to 250kg/hr.

Turbo-Burn

TurboBurn_New_Small This incinerator uses proven excess air technology and is designed to burn a wide variety of waste in an acceptable environmental manner. Its high efficiency burning technology results in a clean burn. The NSI Turbo-Burn incinerator is a portable industrial unit being able to achieve up to 98% waste reduction by volume. The Turbo-Burn is rated to burn from 18kg/hr to 45kg/hr.

Cyclo Burn

1014_small This Cyclonic Incinerator has been designed specifically to create the most efficient process of incinerating a large range of combustible materials in the least amount of time in the most efficient way. Unlike other portable incinerators on the market, the Cyclonic Incinerator gives a complete burn. The Cyclo Burn is rated to burn from 18kg/hr to 45kg/hr.
